The company operates more than 160 breweries in more than 70 countries and sells more than 8.5 million barrels of beer in the United States alone. There are currently more than 4,000 craft breweries in the United States, which remains the epicenter of the craft beer revolution.

The company manages 98 high-quality breweries in 25 Chinese provinces to produce more than 20 million kiloliters of beer each year. Molson Coors Brewing operates 31 breweries and owns more than 90 strategic and associated brands that sell their products in more than 50 countries around the world. Heineken, for example, acquired a majority stake in United Breweries in India and took control of Namibia Breweries by taking over the Distell Group.
